Persta

PERSTA is a subsidiary of SIEPMANN-WERKE, specializing in forged steel valves for industrial applications. The company was founded in 1946 and has been producing steel valves for industry since then. PERSTA emphasizes quality, reliability, and longevity, serving sectors such as chemical, petrochemical, fossil power plants, nuclear power plants, water and wastewater, biomass, paper and fiber, waste incineration, and shipbuilding.

The brothers Emil and Hugo Siepmann led the SIEPMANN-WERKE, founded in 1891 by their brother-in-law Louis Peters, and gradually acquired it from Peters between 1895 and 1911. In 1946, the subsidiary Stahl-Armaturen PERSTA GmbH was founded, and in the same year the company began its own production of steel valves for industry.
