Meghmani Organics Limited, founded in 1986 as Gujarat Industries, is a diversified chemicals company manufacturing pigments and agrochemicals. It is among the top 3 global phthalocyanine pigment players and one of the largest pesticide producers in India. The company has 9 manufacturing plants in Gujarat and exports to over 75 countries.

Meghmani Organics Limited was founded in 1986 as a partnership firm named M/s Gujarat Industries to manufacture pigments. In 1995, it was incorporated as a joint stock company and renamed Meghmani Organics Limited. The company expanded into agrochemicals in 1995, set up pigment plants in 1996, and acquired plants in 2003 and 2009. It listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2004 and on NSE and BSE in 2007. In 2008, it incorporated Meghmani Finechem Limited (MFL). In 2021, MFL was demerged and independently listed. In 2022, it acquired Kilburn Chemicals Limited to enter titanium dioxide production. In 2023, it incorporated a subsidiary in Brazil and received Responsible Care certification.
