Overview
Lawson's Finest Liquids is an independent, B Corp-certified craft brewery rooted in Vermont. Founded in 2008 by Sean Lawson, it grew from a 1-bbl home-based brewery to launching its flagship IPA, Sip of Sunshine, in 2014, and opened its destination brewery and Taproom in Waitsfield in 2018. It was awarded 2023 Brewery of the Year by Brewbound and Beer Connoisseur.
History
Lawson's Finest was founded in 2008 by Sean Lawson, a naturalist and homebrewer. The first beer sold under the Lawson's Finest Liquids name was Sugarhouse IPA. In 2014, the company began brewing Sip of Sunshine IPA and Super Session IPA at Two Roads Brewing, expanding distribution in Vermont and Connecticut. In 2018, the company opened its destination brewery and Taproom in Waitsfield.
