Kobirate

Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a local credit rating company established in June 2008 by five Turkish partners. It was authorized by the SPK in April 2009 for corporate governance compliance rating and credit rating. The company provides credit rating services for SMEs, corporate companies, banks, and financial institutions, as well as corporate governance compliance ratings for public and non-public companies, NGOs, and football clubs.

Kobirate was established in June 2008 by five Turkish partners after preliminary studies dating back two years. In April 2009, it was authorized by the SPK for corporate governance compliance rating and credit rating.
