Jules & John

Jules & John is a French fast food and bakery chain. It was founded in 2014 in the South-West of France, near Agen, by Christopher (aka John) and Georges (alias Jules), who collaborated with a Michelin-starred chef, Fabrice Biasiolo, to create a concept of quality fast food combining French and American cultures. The brand operates as a bakery-pastry shop and a burger restaurant, using buns from its own bakery and featuring recipes by the starred chef.

Jules & John's story begins in the West, near Agen, in 2014. Christopher (aka John) crossed the Atlantic and with Georges (alias Jules) founded Jules & John. They had connections with Fabrice Biasiolo, a starred chef, and the three united to work on a new concept of quality fast food, accessible and mixing American and French cultures. The brand would be a bakery-pastry shop and a burger restaurant, with burgers made using buns from the bakery. The starred chef created gourmet recipes inspired by French gastronomy, and Georges handled quality products. After 11 years, the chain has 25 bakeries/restaurants.
