HAESL is a joint venture between Rolls-Royce plc (50%) and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO) (50%). It provides complete repair and overhaul of Rolls-Royce RB211 and many Trent series engines, with an annual throughput of approximately 360 engines and more than 5,700 engines overhauled since inception in 1997.
