Genting Dream

Genting Dream is a large cruise ship associated with the Asian cruise brands established by the Genting group. The vessel was ordered in October 2013 for Star Cruises, another cruise business within the wider Genting portfolio, but its identity and commercial role changed while it was under construction. In November 2015, the ship was transferred to the newly established Dream Cruises brand and was subsequently completed and delivered as Genting Dream, making it the first ship in that brand's fleet. In February 2025, Resorts World Cruises announced a restructuring of its cruise-brand portfolio under which Dream Cruises and Star Cruises would be reformed as StarCruises, while Genting Dream was identified as the first ship of the reformed Dream Cruises operation.
