The company operates four divisions and serves retail and healthcare partners across North America.

First Quality was founded in 1989 as a manufacturer of adult incontinence products for the healthcare industry at its first location in McElhattan, Pennsylvania. Since then, it has grown to become a leader in both healthcare and retail across North America, expanding its portfolio to include baby diapers, wipes, feminine hygiene, incontinence and household products along with high-definition printing and flexible packaging.
