The Erie Lackawanna Railway was a Class I railroad formed in 1960 by the merger of the Erie Railroad and the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad, operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and other states. It was merged into Conrail in 1976.
