Dallmeyers Backhus

Dallmeyers Backhus is a German regional bakery chain. It was founded in 2000 and operates around 100 branches in northern Germany, employing more than 700 staff. The branches are located in the pre-checkout area of EDEKA markets in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Besides classic bakery products, it offers breakfast, coffee and cake, snacks, and warm specialties, functioning as a bakery, café, confectionery, and bistro.

Dallmeyers Backhus was founded in 2000 when the first of around 100 branches was opened. The branches are located in the pre-checkout area of EDEKA markets in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. More than 700 employees work in the branches.
