Ciba Specialty Chemicals

Ciba Specialty Chemicals was a Swiss specialty chemicals company spun off from Ciba-Geigy in 1997. It focused on additives and solutions for plastics, coatings, water treatment, etc. In 2009, BASF completed the acquisition, and the company was dissolved.
