    On June 9, 2022, the Changchun Intermediate People’s Court found in the first instance that Yun Gongmin, former general manager of China Huadian Corporation, accepted bribes of more than 468 million yuan, and sentenced him to death with a two-year reprieve; after commutation to life imprisonment, he shall be imprisoned for life without parole. His conduct spanned his tenures in local government, Shenhua, and Huadian; he stated in court that he accepted the judgment and would not appeal.
