History
Founded in 1960 by Mr. Habip BAYRAK in Istanbul, Çeksan Shipyard initially focused on the construction of wooden and steel vessels. The company transitioned to full steel construction in 1979 and moved to its current location in Tuzla Bay in 1986. Following extensive infrastructure modernization in the 1990s, the shipyard continues operations under the management of the third-generation Bayrak family.
