Carib Brewery Limited is a Trinidad and Tobago beverage producer headquartered at Champs Fleurs, near Port of Spain. Its principal consumer identity is built around Carib lager, which was introduced in 1950 and became one of the best-known beer brands in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean. The company also produces Stag lager, other beer styles, malt beverages, shandies, cider, soft drinks and tonic wine, while manufacturing selected international brands under bottling or licensing arrangements. Carib Brewery's origins lie in Trinidad's postwar economic diversification efforts.
