Argeville is a French fragrance ingredient company. According to its official website, it is a French composition house rooted in the Grasse basin for over 100 years, mastering the art of perfumery, flavors, and ingredients. It is an independent industrial group with operational presence in ten countries.
History
Argeville was founded in 1921 as the Domaine d'Argeville in Mougins, France. In 1981, the company was taken over by Jean-Jacques Ardizio. In 1997, it acquired an extraction site in La Laupie, France. In 2006, Argeville opened in Guangzhou, China. In 2009, it launched its Flavors activity with the inauguration of a dedicated building in Mougins. In 2010, Xavier Ardizio took over the direction of Argeville. In 2011, the Asia center was created in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2012, the creative center in Dubai, UAE was opened. In 2015, Argeville launched in Bogotá, Colombia. In 2017, it moved to Sophia Antipolis: direction, R&D, perfumers, and opening of the logistics center in Grasse, France.
