APCIG

APCIG (Association Professionnelle des Chroniqueurs et Informateurs de la Gastronomie et du Vin) is a professional association founded in 1954 under the presidency of Curnonsky. It has over 500 members, including 374 active journalist members. It publishes an annual directory, maintains a website with an agenda and a search tool, participates in juries for culinary competitions, and organizes meetings for members.
