Allen's Juice

Allen's is a Canadian fruit juice brand that has been a favourite for over 80 years. Its roots trace back to apple orchards in Norwich, Ontario, and it evolved from a cider mill to a beloved brand offering a variety of fruit juices and cocktails.

Allen's roots started in Ontario, where pioneers from Dutchess County, New York, established apple orchards in 1812. Around 1880, Solomon Allen moved to Norwich and built the area's first cider mill, which became known as 'The Allen Vinegar Works.' In the early 1930s, the company pioneered a process to can sweet cider, launching 'Allen's Apple Juice.' Canada Vinegars (Can/Vin) bought the Norwich plant in the late 1930s, and in 1960 built a new plant in Toronto. After Can/Vin sold Allen's, the brand went through multiple acquisitions. In 1999, Lassonde, a Canadian family-owned business, purchased the Allen's brand.
