Alberta Investment Management Corporation

Alberta Investment Management Corporation, commonly known as AIMCo, is an institutional investment manager established by the Government of Alberta and headquartered in Edmonton. It manages long-term investment assets for the Alberta government and a range of public-sector, pension and other institutional clients. Its investment activities span public and private markets and may include public equities, fixed income, real estate, infrastructure, private equity and other alternative investments.
