Aisawa Construction Co., Ltd. (Japan)

Aisawa Construction Co., Ltd. is a general construction company founded in 1912 (Meiji 45). It is headquartered in Tokyo and has its main office in Okayama. The company is engaged in civil engineering and building construction, as well as real estate and other related businesses. It operates nationwide with branches in Tohoku, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima, Shikoku, and Kyushu.

The company was founded in 1912 when Aizawa Hiroshi, then 24, started 'Aizawa-gumi' in Okayama City. In 1920, the company completed the reconstruction of Eian Bridge. In 1939, it established Chugoku Doboku Co., Ltd. and participated in a smelter construction project in Korea. In 1966, it rebuilt Okayama Castle. In 1973, the company name was changed from Chugoku Doboku Co., Ltd. to Aisawa Construction Co., Ltd.
