As of 2023, the company had 2.2 million square feet of warehouse space, and distribution centers in the U.S., the UK, Belgium, and Canada.[2][3]

PFSweb, Inc. was founded in 1994 as Priority Fulfillment Services, Inc. (PFS)[4] by Texas-based Daisytek International Corporation.[5][6]
