Founded in 1992 by Paul Schumacher, Schumacher Homes specializes in designing and constructing customizable homes tailored to individual client preferences.[7][8] Over the years, it has expanded to 30 locations across 14 states, building homes for over 23,000 families and becoming the largest custom homebuilder in the United States.[9][10][11][12][13]
