In 2011, it was the focus of a case study published by Harvard Business School, which examined its offshoring strategy and organizational development. History
ReSource Pro was founded in 2003 by Matthew Bruno to provide business process outsourcing services to the insurance industry.[2] The company established its initial operations in Qingdao, China, with a focus on delivering back-office support to U.S.-based insurance organizations.[3] In 2006, Dan Epstein took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of ReSource Pro.[4]
