History
Radware co-founder Roy Zisapel has served as president, chief executive officer and Director since the company's inception in April 1997.[3] In 1999, the company had an initial public offering and was listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.[4] Zisapel holds a 3.4 percent stake in the company. His father, Yehuda Zisapel, is the largest shareholder, with a 15 percent stake.
