Alliance Witan plc, formerly Alliance Trust plc, is a publicly traded investment and financial services company, established in 1888 and was headquartered in Dundee, Scotland until management was transferred to Willis Towers Watson in London. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. It is one of the largest investment trusts in the UK.[3]
